Chartered status helps "tip the scales" for new business
Securing chartered status can help "tip the scales" in favour of winning and retaining new business.
Paul Hine, managing director of Hine Insurance Brokers, posted in the Insurance Age LinkedIn group that chartered status forms part of the "decision-making process" for certain clients.
He wrote: "We've certainly experienced this when dealing with other professional firms - a number of such firms who refer business to us have commented that they feel reassured being able to recommend a chartered firm.
