Groupama withdraws Carole Nash from market

Groupama's broker arm has reportedly withdrawn its motorbike insurance specialist Carole Nash from the market.

Sister title Post has reported that the broker will now remain with Groupama GUK Broking services. 

David Newman, chief executive of Carole Nash, explained: "We feel this decision reflects the value Carole Nash offers to its shareholder.

"In recent years we have grown and sustained profitability in what have been exceptionally tough market conditions."

He continued: "It is totally understandable and indeed welcome that Groupama has taken the decision to retain what is a terrifically stable and
