Nearly 100 jobs at risk with RSA Croydon closure

More than 90 jobs are at risk following RSA's decision to close its current Croydon office and relocate the bulk of its services to Manchester in July 2013.

The Emerald House site in Croydon currently employs 105 people and RSA said affected employees would be offered the opportunity to relocate to Manchester. 

The insurer insisted that it hopes to open a new, smaller office in Croydon and transfer 23 staff members to the new site.

The Croydon site currently boasts the UK mid market trading and UK mid market operations teams. The work being carried out will move to Manchester.

An RSA spokesman insisted that brokers and clients in the Croydon area
