Axa adds more execs to the UK

Axa has bolstered its direct arm with the addition of two new roles – a pricing and claims officer along with a chief operating officer.

The development followed the appointment of Yves Masson as chief executive officer, Axa insurance - direct and partnerships who joined from Axa Direct Assurance in France in September last year. He reports directly to UK and Ireland group CEO Paul Evans.

Henry de Courtois has been appointed pricing and claims officer, a new position for the company.

He has spent his entire career to date with Axa group companies, most recently holding the position of chief technical and claims officer with Axa
