CDL to tackle fraud "head-on" with platform expansion
CDL has extended its real-time pricing platform to allow brokers to discover the risk of a customer claiming on a policy or defaulting on premium payments.
The insurance software house is incorporating Experian's Delphi for Insurance risk score as part of its new Enriched Quotes Solution.
CDL said that brokers would be able to accordingly adjust premium or payment terms and also use the data as a tool to crack down on fraud.
CDL business strategist, Nigel Phillips - who said the new solution would tackle fraud "head- on" - said: "It is a particularly powerful proposition because of the extent of data-linked pricing control it offers intermediaries
