Policy Shop unveils ex-AA Insurance boss in non-exec role

Policy Shop has named former AA Insurance Services boss Andy Briscoe as non-executive chairman.

The Coventry-based broker claimed that the move was designed to take the business "to the next level". 

Mr Briscoe - who has also worked in private equity for the Carlyle Group - has been tasked with steering the company towards it becoming a "premier" non-standard intermediary.
