Towergate-owned CCV wraps up Waveney Insurance Brokers deal

CCV has bought East Anglia-based Waveney Insurance Brokers, Insurance Age can reveal.

Towergate-owned CCV has also acquired its two subsidiary companies, Waveney Insurance Brokers Commercial and Waveney Group Schemes, as part of the deal. 

The company, which was established in 1964, is headquartered in Norwich and also boasts offices in Peterborough and Lowestoft.

It is understood to boast a GWP in the region of £20m and employs some 74 staff members. It became a Brokerbility member in 2007.
