FCA issues Axa clone warning
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning about Axa clone, Axa Isle of Man.
The regulator published a notice on its website that the firm, which has a Chinese telephone number, is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 to conduct regulated activity in the UK.
The FCA stated that regulated activities include, among other things, advising on investments, as well as dealing and arranging deals in investments.
