Sterling in household policy renovation

Sterling Insurance has overhauled its main household insurance policies.

The insurer said the changes to its Executive Home and Executive Plus policies were made in response to broker feedback. 

Among the raft of changes which will come into play from 1 November, is an extension of the agreed values basis of claims settlement on specified items for executive home.

And David Sweeney, head of personal and commercial insurance at Sterling, said: "We're always looking to see how we can further improve our products and services to ensure our broker partners have a quality
