Das appoints new CFO from parent company Munich Re

New CFO has relocated from Germany.

Das has appointed Dr Thomas Jannakos as chief finance officer (CFO) and board director, replacing recently retired CFO Paul Gibson.

Jannakos joins the legal expenses specialist from its parent company, Munich Re, where he was head of department corporate performance management.

He has worked for Munich Re since 2005 and prior to this worked for Karlsruher Leben, a German life insurance company.

Jannakos has relocated from Munich to Bristol to take up the role and reports directly to Paul Asplin
