Biba "encouraged" by professional standards debate
CEO Steve White hails "growing number" of brokers interested in raising industry standards following launch of new broker body.
The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has been "encouraged" by the growing focus on professional standards in insurance broking.
It comes after Insurance Age today revealed that new broker body, the Insurance Brokers Standards Council (IBSC), has been established in a bid to raise standards of behaviour and practice in the profession.
