New recruit has worked at Aon and Marsh.
Gallagher Heath has appointed Anthony Needham to the newly created role of sales director in its public sector and education practice.
Needham joins from Aon, where he was client manager in its public sector practice. Before that, he was regional public sector leader at Marsh.
