Towergate confirms Arista buy
MGA will retain all staff, branding and locations.
Towergate has confirmed the acquisition of Arista Insurance, as previously revealed by Insurance Age.
The MGA will retain its current brand and all of its eight regional locations, and Towergate Underwriting CEO Clive Nathan stated that all Arista staff will be moving across as part of the deal.
Nick Watson will join the business immediately as new CEO. He was previously Towergate change director and prior to this was commercial director in corporate markets at Aviva.
