Allianz appoints Gill to lead in Newcastle
Provider expects to complete its team rebuild by the end of June.
Allianz Commercial has appointed Mike Gill to the position of branch manager at its Newcastle office.
The development followed the decision by previous branch leader Les Archibald and four colleagues to depart for Axa.
Gill was previously based at Allianz's Leeds branch, where he spent nine years in his role as regional underwriting manager for the northern region.
In his new position, he will be responsible for leading the underwriting and new business teams at the Newcastle branch.
