Advent takes Mendola from QBE
New recruit to lead on property binding authorities.
Lloyd's insurer Advent has hired Sarah Mendola, QBE Europe's portfolio manager for international binders, as its head of property binding authorities.
Mendola had been at QBE since the start of 2011 and also previously worked at Chaucer and Travelers.
At Advent she will report to chief underwriting officer William Beveridge.
Beveridge said: "We welcome Sarah's appointment as another high quality addition to our growing specialty lines business.
