Una welcomes employee ownership model
Ryan praises TEn’s move as “admirable”.
Tim Ryan, executive chairman of broker alliance Una, has praised the recent move by TEn Insurance to an employee ownership model and congratulated the organisation on the change.
TEn made the switch earlier this month and claimed to be the first broker network in the sector to develop the indirect ownership model in an attempt to guarantee staff a greater stake within the business and "cement" independent status for the future.
