CEO Jansen steps down from AA
Mackenzie takes the reins as chief executive leaves.
Chris Jansen has stepped down from the chief executive role at The AA.
He will not be replaced, instead executive chairman Bob Mackenzie is to lead the company.
This means Janet Connor, managing director of AA Insurance Services, will now report to Mackenzie.
Connor joined the organisation earlier this month. She was previously managing director of More Than and, before that, ran Ageas-owned over-50s insurer RIAS.
