Acturis buys in Germany

Technology firm acquires motor software provider.

Acturis has bought NAFI, a motor insurance software provider in Germany.

The technology house stated that the deal takes the group to over 300 staff in over 30 countries and annual revenues of approximately £40m.

NAFI was founded in 1991 and offers software covering data collection, calculation and rate comparison through to the electronic binding of policies for motor insurance policies.

Earlier this year as part of its international expansion strategy, Acturis bought Danish firm Nordic
