ERS hires personal injury claims chief

Insurer takes on Donna Willis from QBE.

ERS has announced the appointment of Donna Willis as head of personal injury claims.

She joins from QBE European Operations, where she was head of casualty claims. According to ERS in her previous role Willis had responsibility for £900m in claims reserves and a team of 110 people across several locations.

Prior to this, Willis spent 15 years with Axa in a variety of claims roles across general insurance business.
