Das appoints new board members
Insurer says move has strengthened team in wake of CEO suspension and ratings alert by S&P.
Legal expenses insurer Das has appointed three new members to its board to strengthen the team following the suspension of UK CEO Paul Asplin, Insurance Age can reveal.
It follows the news that ratings agency Standard and Poor's (S&P) has placed the A rated insurer on to CreditWatch.
Das said in a statement: "We note that S&P has placed the 'A' ratings on Das UK on CreditWatch negative. This action has been taken by S&P as a matter of routine, following the announcement of the suspension of Das
