Clear acquires Heartland Group
Seventeenth acquisition by Clear as it moves to reach £84m in premium by 2016.
Clear Insurance Management has bought Heartland Group.
The broker said this latest deal represents the seventeenth acquisition it has made since being established in 2001.
Under the deal, all 20 staff including directors from the Heartland Group have made the move to Clear Insurance Management.
The team will continue to be led by Brian Weetman and will remain in Leamington Spa.
