"Business as usual" for Sterling

Claim follows news that Covéa is set to buy Sterling as the French insurer moves to grow outside of France.

Sterling has told staff that it will be "business as usual" following its acquisition for an undisclosed sum by French insurer Covéa.

Staff have been assured that the changes will not affect them and that Sterling will continue to operate as a "separate entity" with "the existing directors and senior management remaining in the business".
