Steve Hughes joins broker as divisional director for hull and war.

Steve Hughes has joined RFIB Group as divisional director for hull and war.

He joins from Willis where he was executive director for marine and takes up his post with immediate effect.

He will report to Chris Tansley, managing director of marine international at RFIB.

Prior to Willis, Hughes spent six years at Price Forbes as a divisional director responsible for producing and placing marine hull and liability business. He began his career in 1989 with John Plumer and Partners (later Arthur J
