Man charged for attack on Aviva's computers
The attack resulted in hundreds of the insurer's mobile devices being wiped of data.
A man who carried out an attack on Aviva's mobile devices in May 2014 was charged by the South East Regional Organised Crime Unit yesterday under the Computer Misuse Act.
The 39-year-old man, Richard Neale of Stoke Road, Guildford, was charged on three counts of unauthorised acts with the intent to impair operation of, or prevent access to, a computer and one count of unauthorised access to computer material.
