QBE launches first product on PowerPlace
Insurer to launch second product on the platform later this year.
QBE has launched its tradesman product on PowerPlace and committed to adding another product to the online insurance marketplace later this year.
The insurer said the tradesman product provides cover to meet the needs of both traditional and emerging professions and contractors and can cater for risks with a turnover of up to £2.5m and up to 25 employees.
Dave Greaves, head of UK SME at QBE said: "As a business insurance specialist, QBE has ambitious growth plans for the SME market.
