Henderson appoints Counsell as non-exec chairman
Former Deloitte finance director replaces Fred Gibson, who is moving to a non-executive director role.
Henderson Insurance Brokers has appointed Stuart Counsell as non-executive chairman, replacing Fred Gibson who has stepped down from the role after 15 years.
Counsell previously worked as finance director of Deloitte, but recently retired from his full-time role.
The independent broker confirmed that Gibson will remain in place as a non-executive director to support the firm's board and management team.
