Axa launches claims tracking tool to help brokers
Eserve is a web-based portal accessible via desktop, tablet and mobile.
Axa has launched Eserve, a web-based portal, which the provider said will give brokers greater control over the claims process and allow them to view all claims in progress with the insurer at any time.
The new claims-tracking offering is accessible via desktop, tablet and mobile according to Axa.
The insurer said following a successful pilot with Bluefin, Eserve has gone into a second pilot phase with members of the Brokerbility group and will available to the wider market in Q2 this year.
