Gallagher takes David Ross to court

David Ross

Broker confirms it's taking legal action against former boss Ross, Mark Mugge and Chris Keey.

Arthur J Gallagher has started legal proceedings against David Ross, former CEO of Arthur J Gallagher International, Insurance Age can reveal.

Ross left the broker in February to lead Towergate.

He has been appointed as CEO of Sierra Investment Holdings, the company formed by the investors who won the race to buy Towergate.

After leaving Gallagher he was put on up to 12 months' gardening leave.

Gallagher confirmed it had also started legal proceedings against Mark Mugge and Chris Keey.
