Select Committee slams FCA over insurance briefing
MPs warn that problems may still exist at the regulator.
The Treasury Select Committee has hit out at the "serious error" the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) made in March last year when the regulator launched its 2014/15 business plan.
The MPs also warned that problems may still exist at the FCA.
The business plan was in part to look at the fair treatment of long-standing life insurance customers but The Telegraph newspaper was briefed beforehand.
