Hastings exploring IPO options
Chief executive Gary Hoffman says group is in no rush to complete a deal.
Hastings Insurance Services chief executive officer Gary Hoffman has confirmed that the firm is considering its options regarding a possible listing on the stock market.
Hoffman told Insurance Age: "We are working with our shareholders and given the trajectory of the business you can see why we're exploring our options, but we are in no rush to complete a deal."
