Zurich boss Vibhu Sharma on growth in a tough market

In part two of our interview the CEO for UKGI at Zurich, Vibhu Sharma, talks innovation and his dislike of silos.

Vibhu Sharma, who took up his post as CEO for UK general insurance at Zurich this month has advised that his challenge will be to continue Zurich's growth in the softening market.

Sharma revealed the UK business was already good so no strategy turnaround would be required.

However, he added: "It's a good business but how do we continue to grow in a tough market?

He continued: "It's a softening marketplace and rates are declining, given that it is important to make sure we are efficient
