Court documents: Ross resigned by email in February

David Ross emailed resignation to Arthur J Gallagher on 9 February 2015 and his notice expires on 8 February 2016.

David Ross resigned from Arthur J Gallagher on 9 February 2015 according to court documents, from the Queen's Bench of the High Court of Justice, prior to his move to Highbridge/Sierra Investment Holdings.

Sierra is the company formed by Towergate shareholders who banded together to buy the firm earlier this year.

Gallagher is now in a legal dispute with Ross, and former CFO Mark Mugge and external adviser Chris Keey, over the move.

The case was first heard in court on 27 March.
