UK Broker Awards: Winning was an accolade for the whole office

Trophy

Bluefin’s Matthew Weeks says winning the Young Broker of the Year award has helped him in his career.

The UK Broker Awards opened for entries last week and this year there are a number of new trophies to snag, including the Best Employer Award.

The Awards are also an excellent time to celebrate young, rising talents by entering them into the Young Broker of the Year category.

Matthew Weeks from Bluefin won Young Broker of the Year last year and he told Insurance Age that the trophy now has taken centre stage on his fireplace.

"I was completely shocked, I did not expect to win at all," Weeks said
