Howden buys specialist care brokers
Broker aims to grow in the care sector by by acquiring Care Home Insurance Services and PrimeCare.
Howden Broking Group has bought Brighton-based Care Home Insurance Services and PrimeCare, both brands of PrimeCare Insurance Services.
Howden, which is part of Hyperion Insurance Group, said the purchase would strengthen its existing care team.
PrimeCare specialises in providing insurance and risk management services to the care sector and is led by David Waters who set up the firm in 1997.
His team is set to join Susan Lee, James Ramira and John Whittlestone who joined Howden in September last
