Brightside and Southern Rock agree out-of-court settlement
Both firms say settlement, on disputes including trading agreements, was "amicable".
Brightside and Southern Rock have agreed to settle all claims following a dispute over a number of areas that began in May last year.
The terms of the settlement remain confidential, but according to the companies it included the dismissal of all claims and counter-claims between the two organisations.
The settlement included all disputes related to intellectual property, breaches of trading agreements and breaches of terms of business agreements.
