Aviva: Brokers won't be affected by office closures

Changes in the Greater Manchester area to affect hundreds of staff.

Aviva has said it is working to supporting its staff following the news it will be closing three of its offices in Manchester.

The insurer would not disclose how many staff would be affected by the changes, but according to Manchester Evening News a "large majority" of the company's Greater Manchester workforce will be made redundant.

The firm currently employs 780 people in the three offices which are due to close by the end of next year.
