Gallagher v David Ross trial set for February 2016
Hearing was originally due to take place in July but has been adjourned.
The High Court has confirmed that the trial concerning Arthur J Gallagher's case against David Ross, it's former international chief executive, will now take place on 1 February 2016.
The hearing, which has been set down for 25 days, was originally scheduled to begin on 13 July but has been adjourned.
Ross left his role at Gallagher in February after being appointed as CEO of Sierra Investment Holdings which was created by Highbridge Principal Strategies to facilitate its takeover of Towergate.
