FRC to investigate certain members relating to RSA Ireland
RSA says it is not an investigation into the insurer
The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) will investigate "certain individual members" in connection with financial irregularities at RSA's Ireland business.
The body said the irregularities concern the year to the end of December 2012 and relevant prior periods following the identification of issues within the claims and accounting functions announced by RSA in 2013.
FRC made no mention of who the individuals are or whether they are existing or former members of staff at the insurer.
But an RSA
