Driverless cars to get £20m government funding
A code of practice for testing has been launched to help put the UK at the forefront of the market.
The government has launched a £20m competitive fund for collaborative research and development into driverless cars, along with a code of practice for testing.
It said the measures will put the UK at the forefront of the intelligent mobility market, which is expected to be worth £900bn by 2025.
