Teleperformance takes over Liberty's Enniskillen contact centre

Deal sees insurer secure up to 200 jobs.

Liberty Insurance has secured up to 200 jobs in Northern Ireland following an agreement with customer services firm Teleperformance.

The deal, expected to be in place by the end of August, will see Teleperformance manage Liberty's Enniskillen contact centre for the Republic of Ireland (ROI).

The insurer announced in June this year that it was consulting on 250 redundancies in ROI and 20 in Northern Ireland after deciding to withdraw from the general insurance market in Great Britain to focus on
