Brokers say Jelf would be a good buy following Marsh interest

Experts warn not all employees will want to work for a very large organisation if takeover goes ahead.

Brokers have highlighted that Jelf would be a good acquisition for many companies in response to the announcement that Marsh is in discussions with the firm about possibly buying it.

Some have noted that whether such a takeover, if it happens, is likely to be successful very much depends on what Marsh would do with Jelf.

Nick Houghton, managing director of JM Glendinning, observed: "Jelf is a really good business so I can understand why anybody would want to buy it."
