Lucas Fettes & Partners' pre-tax profit rose by 59% to £526,384 for the year to the end of March 2015.
Accounts filed at Companies House show the equivalent figure for the previous 12-month period was £330,838.
The commission received by the business in its latest financial year was £9.35m compared to £8.76m in 2014.
Lucas Fettes & Partners provides retail insurance services to commercial clients ranging from start-ups to SMEs and listed companies.
