Insurer says new system will remove a hurdle in doing business with brokers.

Axa has launched new panels of loss adjusters for its commercial property and household lines.

The insurer has appointed Crawford & Company, Questgates and McLarens to its commercial property panel and Cunningham Lindsay, Crawford & Company and Questgates on household.

It said the changes were made to give brokers greater flexibility in who handles their client's claims.

According to Axa, it previously used the preferred supplier programme with GAB Robins as its first choice.
