New personal lines chief as Zurich announces executive team changes

Appointments and exits follow on from previous news of profit falls and job losses.

Tony Emms, Zurich UK chief claims officer, is to leave the business in December after 12 years with the insurer.

He will be replaced by current motor claims and casualty claims director Karl Helgesen.

Patrick Cohen is also set to take over the running of personal lines and Endsleigh.

He replaces David Nichols who will continue in his role as customer operations director.

Nichols had held the role on an interim basis following the departure of Tim Holliday in July this year.
