Mis-selling broker director banned for 11 years
David Stuart Picton from My Cover disqualified for mis-selling insurance policies.
David Stuart Picton from My Cover has been disqualified from being a director for 11 years for mis-selling insurance policies, following an investigation by the government's Insolvency Service.
Picton, 28 of Bognor Regis, sold policies to customers that were not underwritten by an insurer and without the appropriate authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
According to the Insolvency Service, My Cover was established in August 2011 and sold policies for insurance of domestic
