Bluefin responds to Bruce and GRP counterclaim
Latest updates in the court case between Bluefin versus Global Risk Partners and Mike Bruce.
Bluefin has responded to the counterclaim of Mike Bruce and Global Risk Partners (GRP) in the latest development in the court case which has seen Bluefin accuse former CEO Bruce, now at GRP, of trying to poach staff.
In the original claim Bluefin argued that Bruce encouraged third defendant and Ludlow account director, Suzanne Powell to email confidential information to her personal email as part of planned recruitment of the Ludlow branch team.
