Reputational risk has a protection gap
CII calls on brokers to be more proactive when discussing reputational risks with SME clients.
The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has called on brokers to "become far more proactive" when discussing reputational risks with their customers.
The CII Insurance Broking Faculty New Generation group stated that there is a need for industry-wide action to address the gap in reputational risk protection for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SME).
