Simply Business sold by AnaCap
Aquiline Capital Partners has bought the business.
AnaCap Financial Partners has sold digital SME broker Simply Business to fellow private equity firm Aquiline Capital Partners in a deal which AnaCap said will generate 4.5 times its investment.
The transaction, which is set to complete in the summer, is subject to approval from the Financial Conduct Authority and comes just under three years since AnaCap's initial investment.
