Rentguard launches tenant liability insurance
The product is available via brokers and covers tenant liability up to £2m.
Rentguard has expanded its range of specialist landlord insurance products to include tenant liability insurance.
The company explained that the policy is underwritten by Ageas and covers accidental damage by the tenant to the property and the landlord's fixtures and fittings.
It also covers the cost of repair following accidental damage and loss, or damage to fixed water pipes and tanks.

Rentguard advised that the cover includes household goods, valuables and belongings including money
