Das takes ex-boss Paul Asplin to court
Court case follows Asplin's suspension in October 2014 and departure in February 2015.
Das is taking legal action against its former CEO Paul Asplin and others.
The case was listed at the High Court on Friday 13 May as Das UK Holdings Limited and others versus Asplin and others.
The case does not concern service to clients, Insurance Age understands, with the situation centring on behaviour within the business rather than the smooth operation of the business for policyholders.
